HOW DO I BOOK AN EVENT DATE

Space Is Booked When This List Is Completed

 

1. An open house tour by appt only or virtual tour IG @skseventspace

2. Provide a government-issued ID (from the same person who

    signs the contract)

 

3. Email Address & Phone #

4. Date And Time of Your Event 

​

5. Type of Events

​

6. Contract Signed 

​

7. 50% Non- refundable retainer (which is considered a deposit) required to secure the date, the remaining balance is due 14 days before your event date 

​

8. An additional $300 refundable incidental deposit  is required to book our venue it is due 3 days before your event it is refunded within 4 business days AFTER  your event ends (After cleaning & return everything back as found when finished, follow all rules and leave the venue on time)
